Eng.Heriel Muhulo
Managing Director
Possesses Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Dar es salaam graduated in 2005, he has over 6 years of experience in civil engineering industry in roads, buildings and telecommunication constructions and maintenances.
He has worked with Seekevim Co. Ltd in Zambia and Tanzania as Site engineer supervising and implementing different types of construction projects, Fabec Investment company Ltd as Technical Manager and currently he holds a Managing Director position at Hematec Investment Co. Ltd
He has substantial experience in Concrete works, Steel works, Surveying and general Civil Engineering design and supervisions. Also experience in data collection methodology for instance , participatory rural appraisal technique. Proficiency in Word processing, drawing tools, Structural analysis packages and other engineering computer applications.
Eng. Emmanuel Lyimo
Technical Director
Possesses Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam graduated in 2004; he has over 7 years of experience in civil engineering industry in roads, buildings, telecommunication constructions and maintenances.
He has worked in a number of road construction projects with these companies. Singh Construction Ltd as Site supervisor in MkuuRombo- Tarakea spur road section project ,Spencon Services ltd as Road engineer in rehabilitation of water treatment plants Upper and Lower Ruvu, buildings and access Road.
He has also worked with Atlantic Marketing ltd as Road Engineer in the routine maintenance works along Mtwara pachani Lingusenguse Road 0+168km to 0+190km, Routine Maintenance works along Kigonsela- Kilindi Mbaha Road from 0+24km to 0+40km. He has worked with Fabec Co. Ltd as Project Manager in implement a number of road construction project. Currently he is the Technical Director at Hematec Investment Ltd.

Possesses Bachelor Degree in Procurement And Logistic Management and she has over 9 years experience in Procurement and Logistic.
Mary joined Hematec as an Procurement Manager since 2016.
Mr.Felix Makundi
Sheq Manager
Possesses Bachelor Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management. Joined Hematec in 2014 as Logistic officer . He diverted his carrier to Health and safety professional in 2015. He added into his professional quality skills. He is undertaking Health safety and quality issues of the company in very professional way
