- Material handling was big show stopper to all project phase
- Way leave compensation was challenge to all project phases as it delays the project s and lead to extra cost
- Phase one was done during summer period rain was big challenge as most of the sites where in remote area in gravel roads which was hinder our plan to close the project on time
